LIONS CHRISTMAS PARTY

The Beamsville Lions Club held their annual Christmas Party on Tuesday Dec.13th, 2005, at the Lincoln Center. The attendees are the Lions & Lioness and families with some special guests. The Lions and Lioness did a great job of supplying the meal, those who cooked the turkeys did a super job and all are to be commended. The event was organized by a Committee, chaired by Lion Ron Vervaeke.  Lion Ron who had exceptional members on his committee did an exceptional job pulling this all together. This year we had approximately  137 people attend as the Lions family keeps growing. The highlite of the evening is when the Jolly old fellow in a red suit comes bouncing in the door to hand out gifts to the little ones. Below are some pictures of the occasion.

Our newest member of the Lions Family, Amy deVos, grandaugher of Lion Andy deVos and Lioness Carol. Amy is only 1 month old and she looks like she is giving Santa some solid instructions.

Entertainment for the Evening was supplied by the Lions Carolers. L-R  Lions Doug Burton, President Alvin Danyluck, Ken Harrott, Guest Past Mayor Ray Konkle, in front,  the Conductor Lion Bob Kelly and behind him Lion John Wikkerink, the best baratone in the area. The Lions did a terrific job. Way to go Lions
